This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from amandagomes.com (the “Site”).

Intellectual Property

All images, text, designs, artwork. graphics, trademarks and service marks are owned by and property of Amanda Gomes Design, or the credited party. It is a violation of federal law to use any of our intellectual property in whole or in part, and modification of any materials contained on this site is illegal and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent permissible should we choose to do so, including asking for financial penalties (damages) and/or an injunction forcing you to stop using our intellectual property immediately.

You may use our intellectual property with clear and obvious credit back to our site citing Amanda Gomes as the designer and creator of work you share including link to website (amandagomes.com) or tagging on Instagram as @amandagomesdesign, along with links back to the page where you took the materials, designs, quotes or images. You may never use, sell or share any of our intellectual property as your own or print for any purpose without written consent from Amanda Gomes design.

Personal Information We Collect

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. Squarespace
Our website and shop is hosted on Squaresapce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Squarespace's data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Data Retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records for a reasonable amount of time unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Minors
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of sixteen.

Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
